Human Perception vs Soul Knowledge # 3

The history of the human race records how smart we can be and how destructive we can be....how cruel....how sublime. Why so cruel? How so sublime?

Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Modern Mystic. I'm Lois Crawford here again to speak for the need of Peace and Freedom in our lives....and to continue my exploration of Spiritual Ideas....hoping to shed some Light on how it is that we can be so human....and so sublime. For I believe, it is only as we answer these questions about ourselves, as we acknowledge OURSELVES TO BE BOTH BODY AND SOUL, will we finally know what it is we have to do to assure Peace and Freedom for ourselves and for all the people of this planet.

So, I'll talk about WHO WE ARE HUMANLY AND SPIRITUALLY AND WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO SHIFT SOME OF THE FOCUS AWAY FROM THE HUMAN-US TO THE SOUL US.

IT'S TIME TO KNOW WHO WE REALLY ARE AND TIME TO WORK FOR A HUMAN/SOUL BALANCE IN OUR LIVES....ONE THAT WILL INSURE PEACE IN OUR LIVES.

THROUGH THAT PARTNERSHIP OF BODY AND SOUL WE WILL BECOME 'CHANNELS' FOR GREATER LIGHT TO BLESS OUR LIVES AND THE LIFE OF EVERYONE ON THE PLANET.

Without  Peace and Freedom in America, civilization as we know it today may not survive. Peace and Freedom are slowly slipping away from us. With all our heart and Soul we must work to reverse that trend....and we can begin today....we can stand up and say....

LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH AND LET IT BEGIN WITH ME!

At the beginning of these talks,

 because they are Spiritual in nature,

 I always suggest we get as quiet as possible....and picture in our minds a place we have created for' peace and quiet'….for 'silence'. I’ve said how I imagine for myself what I call a 'Bubble of Silence'....a place designed for 'peace and quiet'...one where I can meditate and get away from my life's endless activity.

I have surrounded this Place with a 'solid Wall of Powerful White Light'.... Christ Light....some call it a 'Tube of Light'. Sometimes I add the fragrance of flowers or sound of music.

The habit to do this is now part of my daily routine. I've learned to live my entire life from within that 'Bubble or Wall of Quiet and Nurturing Christed Light'....sealed off from the frenetic energy of what can sometimes seem to be a maddening clamor of human thoughts, feelings and spoken words.

Today as you read or listen, I invite you to try it....give yourself a 'Gift of Light'....for the moment push aside all that is occupying your minds or emotions....and continue to build yourselves a very private 'Place of Silence'....surround It with Protecting Light....fill It with Christ Love....and stay in it....stay relaxed and peaceful...and from now on live your Life from within that 'Wall of White Light'.

Remember we can make the Light around us stronger by thinking of It often, by picturing It around ourselves.... and by putting a tight rein on angry, unhappy human thoughts, feelings or actions....we CAN seal ourselves in 'God Light'....we CAN live in the Light....starting right now....and quickly see what a difference it makes.

In our last talk we touched on the financial factor in human warring. And said that Peace might be more popular if it was a money maker!

 But now let's bring in another aspect. Beyond the problem of Peace not being a viable, commercial money maker....with much of society not caring whether they live peaceful lives or otherwise, there is another situation that comes into play in our present societal mind-set. And really addresses the issue as to why much of modern humanity knows little about how to Spiritually live their lives.

It's no accident that educated people regard themselves

 as nothing more than an evolutionary accident of Nature.

As nothing more than a superior animal.

 Therefore it's no surprise that much of society reflects the reality of an animal society. ...with people everywhere vying for the top of the pecking order. We can read metaphysical literature that tells us there has been, since ancient times, a 'force' trying to control humanity. This started long ago....it continues to this minute. This force appears to focus on destroying the Cosmic Divine Plan for this Planet. It apparently has no intention of giving up judging by historical records.

Can there be any doubt in anyone’s mind that whatever this 'force' is, Peace is not its priority....wars attest to that. Therefore we have our work cut out for us as we combat this non-god force at work in our society. We can do this by gathering our Energy and focusing it on Peace for ourselves and by focusing our Peaceful Energy into any non-peaceful situation...by taking our attention off all sights and sounds that aren't Peaceful or constructive.

And surely we know the difference!

It helps us to have some really simple, positive IDEAS we can all agree on........ BEGINNING WITH SOMETHING AS BASIC AS THIS....

1-WE PEOPLE HAVE TO WANT PEACE TO HAVE IT.

2- PEACE CAN BE REALIZED WHEN ENOUGH OF US AWAKEN TO OUR  INHERENT GODNESS, AND  EXTEND THAT PERCEPTION TO OUR  FELLOWMEN.

3-AND WITH THAT REALIZATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF OUR  GODNESS, WE CAN EASILY ACCEPT THE IDEA OF OUR HUMAN/SOUL PARTNERSHIP.... AND  BEGIN TO WALK THE PATH IN THAT PEACEFUL CONSCIOUSNESS.

AND ALL RELATIONSHIPS....ALL THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND ACTIONS WILL HENCEFORTH BE BASED ON THE KNOWLEDGE WE NOW HAVE OF EACH ONE'S INHERENT SPIRITUALITY.

 IN THAT MIND-SET, THERE IS NO WARRING. 

Now. For those of you who haven't thought about these ideas the whole of your lives, (as I have), it may be a little difficult, at first, to put these Spiritual attitudes into a workable daily format, especially as the world we are experiencing today keeps us running around from one activity to the next. We struggle to keep up....to understand.... to survive....to make it all work.

Our lives are a kaleidoscopic mixture of many confusing Ideas....we move in a manipulated socio-economic, pseudo-spiritual climate. Never knowing for sure what to believe....or which way to jump to insure our present or future well being.

 As citizens of the world, we are part of such diverse human development. And both human and Soul development varies in the many and various cultures the world over.

 To make Life even more interesting and challenging, we diverse people are interacting, positively and negatively, minute by minute, within a classroom that is getting smaller every day due to the technology of the times.

 And despite the effort to make us all the same, the diversity is still there and provides us with more than ample opportunity for endless social disagreements and nationalistic conflicts and political manipulation. On one hand, that diversity should make us more interesting to each other....but so far, it hasn't.

But it might, as we get to know who we really are.

One way to get around all the human diversity is to simply invite the 'Mind of God' into our lives by acknowledging and allowing the Soul Energy to expand within us. Our Soul would just love to enfold our human mind with Its 'Christed Consciousness'.

 If we choose, we can allow more Christness to act within us ....and we can expand It. And doing that, we will begin to change our worlds....and soon realize how it is that 'God' lives in us as surely as 'God' lives in Heaven or anywhere else. And that we never need to face human difficulties without that ever present, waiting help.

There is a bright side....a positive side….to today's human uncertainty. Visit a bookstore and see the huge amounts of Spiritual information, and be so aware that we in America have the freedom to read and study it all. We can discern the Truth for ourselves.

 There is tremendous opportunity to grow in knowledge about ourselves, body and Soul. If we choose to do it, we can grow beyond the Earth-dramas of endless conflicts. In the EXPLOSION OF SPIRITUAL INFORMATION....much of it available the world over, there is more than enough TRUTH in printed or spoken form to suggest to us that....

1- WE ARE MORE THAN WE HUMANLY APPEAR TO BE

2- THERE IS A PEACEFUL, NON-WARRING WAY TO LIVE. THIS IS THE TIME TO LEARN TO UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE EACH OTHER, HUMANLY AND SPIRITUALLY. THIS IS THE TIME TO BEGIN TO STRIVE FOR SOME ACCEPTABLE  MODE OF INTERCHANGE AMONG ALL THE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH.

3-TODAY WE HAVE IN THE PRINTED AND SPOKEN WORD, everything we need by way of INFORMATION and INSPIRATION, by man and through DIVINE PROVIDENCE,

to help us understand why we should “LOVE ONE ANOTHER”.

The rest is up to each one of us.

I think it’s not clearly understood by many people that we each individually have to make that choice.

Perhaps we don’t understand, because we may think we’re not very important in the Greater Scheme of anything....and we couldn't be more wrong.

 What can I say and how can I say it to make us realize how important we all are.

Any one who has ever put together a jigsaw puzzle knows how very important each piece is....

We each one of us, no matter our present position of human importance or lack of human importance, each one of us is Part of a Grand Cosmic Puzzle.

 Until we are all in our proper places, the puzzle cannot be finished.

WE ARE ALL TREMENDOUSLY IMPORTANT! 

SO, LET'S THINK FOR A MOMENT OF OUR INDIVIDUAL  IMPORTANCE IN THE SCHEME OF GOD. IN FACT, LET'S USE THIS MOMENT TO MEDITATE ON OUR COSMIC IMPORTANCE....AND START BY  EMPTYING OUR MINDS OF ALL COMPETING IDEAS. 

WE CAN LET THE IDEAS WE ARE TRYING TO UNDERSTAND FLOW  IN AROUND US... JUST LETTING THE KNOWLEDGE COME IN, WITHOUT TRYING TO RATIONALIZE ANYTHING..... KEEPING THIS  PROCESS OF QUIET AND EASY THINKING SIMPLE. TRYING NOT TO  COMPLICATE IDEAS.

MY BELIEF IS THAT AS WE IMPROVE OUR PERSONAL SELF IMAGE....WE WILL MORE EASILY EXTEND THAT GIFT OF COMPASSION TO OUR FELLOW MEN AND WOMEN. AS WE DO THIS, WE WILL BE AMAZED HOW QUICKLY WE CAN HAVE PEACE IN OUR FAMILIES....AND PEACE  WITH ALL THOSE WE CONTACT IN OUR DAILY LIVES. THIS IS GUARANTEED TO HAPPEN AS WE CHOOSE TO LET PEACE BEGIN WITH US!'

Now, a few more words about our Perception of Self....about whether we think we’re just human or whether we think there may be something Divine about us.

 Peace, in our lives and beyond, may not be possible unless we can clarify our perceptions about ourselves. We wonder about all the hatred surfacing in our time. Those with a high level of personal 'self-understanding', Body and Soul, will show compassionate attitudes in dealing with their fellow men and women. IF WE KNOW WHO WE ARE AND WHO THEY ARE, surely it is impossible to hurt some one we respect.

 Hating and killing won't happen anywhere if everyone knows the human and God worth of each individual....thus the importance of knowing our inherent Soulness.

It is interesting to philosophize about the progress of human life. Social, political and religious systems seem to have existed in civilizations of which we have records. These records reveal that at least some simple types of regimentation were always required to help us live together….and also to protect our societies. 

History is full of examples when societies were not strong enough to protect themselves from intrusive forces, and examples where they were not wise enough. And in the history of the last five thousand years, Peace seems rarely to have ever been the number one human choice of any side.

And history reveals many examples of many differing types of government. There are records of people, ancient and modern seeking a free and peaceful existence such as was sought by the first settlers in this country. We, in America are fortunate to live in one of the more recent experiments in peaceful, self government.

I like to point out that though it's not generally taught in our schools any more....America started out as a Republic. As a Constitutional Republic of carefully thought out ideas and laws. Very sophisticated, educated men and women of early America put a lot of thought into this new idea of Constitutional Government....a system that would allow us to govern ourselves by laws everyone could abide by....doing away with periodic citizen uprisings and making it difficult for outside political or economic forces to get control.

Much of the social, economic and political turmoil we see in America is the result of old, barbaric ideas once again rearing their ugly heads in American government and schools. And people who haven't seen the problem escalating have neglected to teach their children the responsibilities that come with being a Citizen of a Republic.

 Thus, over the years Congress has passed laws that have gradually given away our Constitutional form of government....making the U. S. more a commercial corporation, ruled by international power brokers and bankers....the very situation the Founders of the Republic came to this clean, free land to get away from in Europe and other lands. We are giving away the very Freedoms the Founders struggled to obtain for us.

  Today the Planet is experiencing wide spread citizen ignorance and apathy. Ignorance quickly becomes prey to unscrupulous elements in business and politics...today, everywhere people are reaping the fruits of ignorance that allows stock market and mutual fund scams that cause millions around the world to lose their life savings. These 'scams' are not new to the human race.

 It is plain to see that many have abandoned their citizen responsibilities. If this trend is not stopped, many more will forfeit the  the 'privileges of free people' that our forefathers hoped for us. Many  citizens are preferring to “take the easy way out”....not understanding the brainwashing that is deadening their senses as to what's left of our Republic...not being aware that the Constitution that guaranteed 'rule by law' is being changed, little by little, thus allowing American government to degenerate into one of popular demand....politicians are calling it a democracy....but all thinking people know that 'democracies can easily become 'rule of the mob'.

 Do people of the world understand how democratic mobs create laws as they roll along. Or how in America we are doing just that, as one inch at a time, we are giving up our Constitutional rights, which guaranteed us an orderly, lawful Way of Life.

Many people have preferred to exchange those Rights and Freedoms for governmental control that promises an easier life.

 No longer does the average American citizen understand how the Constitution was created to be a simple unobtrusive, legal document meant to firmly but gently protect and regiment citizens into a law abiding society in which they could, in freedom, peacefully exercise their Spiritual Creativity.

Today’s modern societies are controlled by big government and big industrial, commercial complexes and big religious organizations, setting the pace....and living off the efforts of the average, unthinking citizen.

 Today's plan of governing all over the world is to keep bellies full....keep people busy and contented by encouraging and subsidizing jobs, building more sports arenas and casinos and theme parks, all paid for with taxes, taxes taxes.

 It’s no secret that world wide, governments and banks manipulate the world economy...and in every country (including America) minds are dulled with misinformation and lies about national and global events and situations.

It feels are though we have regressed as a free people.

And one can only wonder how much we have regressed since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Three hundred years ago, people came to America longing to be free and longing to live peaceful lives.

 Some of them cared so much that they were willing to fight a war....

some were intelligent enough to imagine and create a Constitutional form of Government to serve the Cause of Liberty, Peace and Freedom .

 Now many of us, a well educated group of people, (based on the number of years we spend in schools and all the tax money we spend on education) take Liberty, and Freedom and Peace for granted....and little by little have given most of it away.

How far, indeed, have we philosophically and legally 'regressed' from that time in which our Founders worked so hard to make it possible for a free people to bring about social changes within a Constitutional framework of Laws. How close are we again to tyranny? 

There is a force....I call it a diabolic force, a NON-GOD FORCE....that takes Truth and twists it.....

that takes Goodness and destroys it...

takes people and sets them against each other.

 Today we see the Principles of the Constitution have been gradually and I think, deliberately undermined....have often been 're-interpreted by those who seem to operate under the 'mental direction' of this non-god force.

What is left of American Constitutional Law is under attack....having been gradually watered down by those who are determined to reduce this country to a lawless democracy. And freedom loving people of the world should rise up and rescue this precious document.

I wonder how many people know that true democracy can become mob rule?

That it is rule by the loudest and strongest voice?

That it has nothing to do with rules or laws. 

That it is the 'instrument' politicians use to give the populace what they (the people with the strongest voices) want in the moment.

This is how the politicians (of the moment) decide to play the control game.

Either way it is not what was intended for us by those who wrote the Constitution.

Remember: Human control is the death of Spiritual Freedom.

And then we have the Bible, and what a Miracle it is that Truth can still be found in it, considering what has gone into compiling and recompiling and changing and rearranging the information and stories found there in the many different versions (Catholic, Protestant and Jewish....and then there is the Muslim version) of a Bible.

These Holy Books reveal the same kinds of personal bias and political manipulations that have controlled people over thousands of years....developed and interpreted by the people in charge (at any given moment).

Assuming the best of intentions, we would like to think the experts of the various religions, those in charge of making decisions about what would go into our HOLY Books as they performed all the ensuing re-arrangement, had in mind to give us Spiritual Instruction that would help us develop our basic moral and Spiritual Concepts.

 But if that is so, then why are there so many ungodly, Bible reading and preaching people.

What good has come of endless Biblical interpretations, re-interpretations and mis-interpretations by political churchmen for thousand of year? And it is easy to see how each age re-interpreted and reflected what the 'people in power' at that moment, wanted.

And we come to today....and liberal minded ACADEMICS AND POLITICIANS are still insisting that the Bible continue to reflect the desires  of the people....that is, what the people want today.... as opposed to what the people need.

 Does anyone ever wonder what became of the original Truth that has to have been the basis for all the hundreds ....perhaps thousands of Ideas that 'God' had for humanity?

Where is the Truth that was to have been preserved in our Bibles?

So today our children are being taught, (in all politically controlled schools that allow no Spirituality to come into the classroom), that the Constitution needs to move and change with the times.

 Today's children are being taught that each generation has the right and even the duty to constantly review and re-interpret all our Founding Documents based on what the people of the day want.

That of course, includes what's left of the Constitution. 

Why is important that we understand this?

 In order for the Soul to do Its work on this Planet, the human partner has to live in Freedom and Peace.

For anything permanent to be accomplished,

 it has to come out of Energy of Peace.

 No good ever has come out of Energy filled with hate and conflict.

In America the Guiding Principles of the Constitution, guaranteed the people Freedom and Peace. And anything less could be adjudicated in what was intended to be 'fair and impartial' Courts of Law....but not on the battlefield.

Today everyone in the whole world needs to understand the philosophy of 'The Truth of Freedom' as it relates to each one of us personally, Body and Soul.

 For until we understand what 'God' had in mind when 'Freedom' was  written into a binding legal Constitutional document, we have no protections in our lives.....

In an age of such massive amounts of education, the question is ' why don't we 'wake up' and demand to be taught the 'Truths of Life' Human as well as Spiritual?

 Surely anyone looking out on the chaotic scene called "modern life" knows something is wrong....something is missing.

Could it be that 'God-Truth' is the "missing link".

Our heads are full of facts but EMPTY OF REAL KNOWLEDGE. We are, for the most part, confused about our Spiritual origin and God-intended Direction. In the twentieth century we have become overly educated, often arrogant humans who not only have no memory of the fullness of our 'God Connection' and for the most part, don't care.

When will we wake up, know something is missing and ask to remember the 'Fullness of our Purpose'? When will we turn to the God within us? For the moment that happens, the Christed Soul, the individual's personal Connection to Supreme Godness, will reveal to us "who we really are?"

Then the awakened human will have again the Divine Partner, available and ready to assist the human journey in every way. We'll work to be whole....learning to move from mortality to immortality. We'll know that if we need something in our human lives, it is available through the' Godness' that is always at work within our lives.

On that day we will realize that we have always had at our finger tips, lying dormant and waiting for our recognition, all the Universal Power we could ever need for the human/Soul Journey. Like Sleeping Beauty, we've been asleep....asleep to the magnitude of our human capability through the 'Power of our innate Godness

'.  

The 'Godness' that sleeps in each heart, waits for the individual to awaken from that long winter of darkness....and bring that Knowledge of WHO WE REALLY ARE out into the Light of The New Day. Then we will stop making excuses for not knowing our Identity and our Purpose.

We have never been....can never BE disconnected from the 'God of our Beings'.

'God' never left us.

 We, of our own free-will, turned our backs on the true Knowledge of 'God'....

closed the door to Peace and the Spiritual Information that has always been available.

Once it flowed freely....then we abused it....and now we have to prove we really want Information and will abide by the Rules....for we will never be allowed to abuse 'God' again. 

This is a time with unusual opportunities. The Power we call 'God' is speaking through many voices...we can listen and we can learn....We can Grow Up, and choose new Spiritual Paths to begin to see the old human ways coming to an end.

 The Information Hi-way of our day gives us a new chance....gives us access to enough information to make our own informed decisions about Life.

 And because of that, this  WILL BE A TIME WHEN WE WILL BE EXPECTED TO STAND UP FOR GOD AND FOR GOOD...AND MOVE FORWARD IN THAT MIND-SET.

 It may be a time in which we will have to fight for our Freedom, here in America... or endure slavery such as we've witnessed in other countries all over the world. Do we really think it can't happen in America?

If so, think again.

 Today we are being offered the choice to LIVE OUR LIVES MORE SPIRITUALLY, or choose to live in chains of our own making. 

We have entered a time when mankind is expected to grow up....IS EXPECTED to exert its responsibility.

It’s a time when people are expected to activate both their individual human and Soul/God Power in the name of Peace and Freedom for all.

 It’s the time that we are to 'Open Doors' to allow 'Greater Godness', the 'Source of all Peace and Love', to flow into our lives and onto the Planet.

We are to develop feelings of Harmony with all life.

WE, each one of us, are to put an end to warfare.

We are to become PEACE-in-Action in all we do.

And all of us....ordinary citizen, politician, industrialist and modern day teacher of Spirituality....knowing WHO WE REALLY ARE, must awaken to  what is expected of us? It is up to each one of us....each 'SPARK OF PRIMAL CONSCIOUSNESS'....EACH SOUL....to get control and motivate our human minds and emotions to do the Work of 'God' on this Planet.

The inflowing 'Cosmic Love' is commanding us to become PEACEFUL.... PEACEFUL IN OUR FEELINGS, IN OUR THOUGHTS AND IN OUR ACTIONS.

 It's time to return Life on this Planet to the practical Blessings and Miracles of both physical and Soul Perfection it is intended to be.

 ALWAYS REMEMBERING THAT PEACE BECOMES THE NORM AS WE BECOME ENLIGHTENED TO OUR TRUE IDENTITY AND PURPOSE.

 THAT WE’LL HAVE PEACE ON THIS PLANET WHEN WE ACKNOWLEDGE OURSELVES TO BE THE CUSTODIANS OF THIS PLANET.

THAT WE’LL HAVE PEACE WHEN WE REALIZE THAT WE ARE NOT HERE TO FEATHER OUR OWN NEST OR DESTROY EACH OTHER

PEACE WILL HAPPEN AS EACH ONE OF US GIVES RECOGNITION TO THE 'FLAME OF GOD' THAT BEATS OUR HEARTS,

 WHEN WE KNOW THAT 'FLAME TO BE THE ESSENCE OF CREATION'.

PEACE JUST NATURALLY HAPPENS WHEN WE KNOW 'WHO WE REALLY ARE'. WHEN WE HUMANLY STAY ENFOLDED IN THE 'SOUL POWER' THAT IS THAT FLAME....

WHETHER WE KNOW IT OR NOT....OR WANT TO KNOW IT OR NOT

WE ARE THAT FLAME,

THAT POWER….

THAT SOULNESS....

THAT GODNESS....

EACH ONE OF US A PART OF A 'GREATER FLAME OF CREATION'.

MAY WE SOON PERCEIVE OURSELVES THAT WAY.

WHEN WE DO WE'LL FIND IT’S A VERY PRACTICAL, MYSTICAL, JOYFUL WAY TO LIVE.
