Why so cruel? How so
sublime?
Hello, everyone, Welcome
to the Modern Mystic.
Today we continue
to speak of Healing....the healing needed by individuals, by society, by nations
and by the Planet. In this exploration of Ideas around healing, we must of
necessity speak of the cruel or thoughtless 'human nature' that creates
situations that then require healing. And continue to describe the sublime,
personal 'Spark of God', that is our 'Indwelling Soul', Who must be allowed to
take command of our lives, if we are to live, free of all dis-ease.
And the Peace and
Freedom, so sorely needed, must be embraced, with our hearts and with our minds
in order that the chaotic, warring situations on earth, may cease.
It’s time to let
the Light of our human/Soul Partnership shine....
it’s time to shift our
focus away from everything that allows human nature to have any
control of our lives.
It’s time to know
WHO WE REALLY ARE....
and from that mind-set,
get to work expanding within ourselves and in our lives, Spiritual Values....
many of which are
currently in short supply on this Planet.
Without a major change
in attitudes and actions around the world,
civilization as we know it today may not survive.
Peace and Freedom
have been God’s Gifts to the people of America and Americans are letting them slip away It is
the responsibility of all freedom loving people everywhere to work to reverse this trend and we can begin today ....we
can stand up and say....
LET THERE BE PEACE ON
EARTH AND LET IT BEGIN WITH ME.
As we begin to
KNOW WHO WE REALLY ARE,
we are in fact, drawing aside the curtain on the next room of
Life. We are pushing back the darkness of ignorance and establishing New
Frontiers of Knowledge. We are gaining a sense of the possibility of all
things....of being able to transcend worlds and time and space....of Spiritually
reaching beyond all our current boundaries to create a place to live our lives
today, that is somewhere between Heaven and Earth.
We are discovering
that Heaven is accessed increment by increment.
In beginning to
KNOW WHO WE REALLY ARE,
we are parting the
veil to reveal the Interior Soul-Us. We are finding ourselves to be a human/Soul
Partnership....we are experiencing this as a Life Opportunity....and getting
ready for whatever lies ahead.
The expanding Realization
of ourselves, as both Body and Soul, is giving us a new Sense of personal
freedom....a concrete Sense of the Spiritual....an excitement and expectation of
new discoveries.
Ideas, of here to
fore unknown dimensions of the human/Soul Partnership, are becoming part of our
daily thinking.
We are becoming more courageous....how can we be afraid now that we
know WHO WE REALLY ARE....
how can we not work for
the Peace and Freedom of every one in the whole world.
Americans are staying focused primarily on Freedom in America, for we have been
told by the Ascended Host, that at the present time, America is the Heart
Center of World Freedom. And that we have the Spiritual Responsibility to protect
that Heart Center.
In that regard, I think often of how we
must shift our focus away from asking God to help us, to one of offering
to help God....reminding me of John Kennedy’s statement,
“Ask not what America
can do for you but what you can do for America”....
That is a very powerful
statement....and we can take it out one step beyond and say,
“Ask not what God
can do for you, but what you can do for God”....
because, in reality, when we
have gotten that horse back in front of the cart, we find that is the True Relationship
we have with God. And if we are doing it right, we are always saying to the
Higher Powers “use me in any way you can”.
Thus we are making
ourselves available to serve in whatever way we are capable and we are
exercising our Soul Responsibility to help to heal the wounds of hate, the
wounds of neglect....the wounds of arrogance and ignorance....the wounds that
are caused by mankind's disregard for one another....the wounds of really inexcusable
human behavior...
All
behavior that will cease as we come to know
WHO WE REALLY ARE.
And when we see how
much pain and suffering exists in America, and throughout the world....and not just in sick bodies....how
can we not wish to work to Heal America’s pain....the world's pain....how can we
not work to heal the hearts and minds
and bodies of all the people of every country, even as we work to heal
ourselves.
And when we in America
are well....that Healing Vibration spreads out and helps to heal the rest of
the Planet. When any country is well, that Healing Vibration helps to heal all
Life everywhere.
We begin
the Healing Process by raising our own level of awareness regarding what we need
to know in order to heal....and then we get to work on ourselves, Purifying all the Energy
of our lives, while asking for that Purification for all people
everywhere....there is much we can do.
Speaking only for my own
country, I am aware of the tremendous amount of healing, physical and Spiritual
that is needed in the hearts, minds and bodies of Americans, if Peace and
Freedom are to survive as the Way of Life here.
We associate the word
“healing” with the needs of the physical body, and today that certainly is a
great part of it, but today I want to focus on another facet, one that may be an
even greater need.
I refer to the healing
needed when our minds and emotions become overwhelmed and we don’t know where to
turn. In a more perfect world these overwhelming situations wouldn’t
arise....but in our world of tht is still “becoming”, many situations continue
to face us....and in
particular, face our children every day of their innocent, unprotected lives.
A friend e-mailed this
story to me....
and you may already have
heard it....
I don’t know if it
describes a real situation or is just made up to illustrate the point....but
listen to this story and see if you don’t agree with me that the issues of
Healing go far beyond the needs of the physical body.
This story is related by
a high school boy....a freshman, who tells it this way.
He says,
His glasses went
flying and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up
and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes. My heart went out to him. So I
jogged over to him and as he crawled around looking for his glasses, I saw a
tear in his eye. I handed him his glasses. He looked up at me and said “Thanks”
and there was a big smile on his face....one of those smiles that showed real
gratitude. I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived.
It turned out he
lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before. He said he had
gone to private school before now.
I would never have hung
out with a 'private school' kid before. But we talked all the way home and I
carried his books. He turned out to be a pretty cool kid. I asked him if he
wanted to play football on Saturday....he said, 'Yes'.
The more I got to
know Kyle the more I liked him and my friends thought the same. Over the next
four years, Kyle and I became best friends. When we were seniors we talked about
which college we would attend...he was going to be a doctor and I was going for
a business major.
Kyle was
valedictorian of our class. Graduation day I saw him and he looked great. He was
one of those guys that really found himself during high school. He filled out
and actually looked good in glasses.
He had more dates than I
had....all the girls loved him....boy, sometimes I was jealous. That day I asked
him if he was nervous about his speech. I said, 'Hey, big guy, you’ll be
great.' He looked at me with one of those looks and smiled and said 'Thanks'.
Then he started his
speech....He said,
I looked at Kyle in
disbelief as he told the story of the first day we met. He told how he had
planned to kill himself over the weekend. He talked of how he had cleaned out
his locker so his Mom wouldn’t have to do it later and was carrying his stuff
home. He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile....'Thankfully, he said,
'I was saved. My friend saved me
from doing the unspeakable.'
I heard the gasp go
through the crowed as this handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest
moment. I saw his Mom and Dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful
smile.
Not until then did
I realize it’s depth....and I realized that we must never underestimate the
Power of our Actions....how with one small gesture we can change a person’s
life....for better or worse.
Let’s add to this story and say “ we can never underestimate
the Healing Power of our thoughts and feelings....for though we probably haven’t thought about
it in these terms, everything we think that is approving of another, may also be
Healing to another.
And I re-tell this story
today because I have thought a great deal about the
tragic things that are happening all over the Planet that involve children...all the insensitive behavior children exhibit
toward each other ...and all the pain and confusion this
behavior causes.
Many people....in this
case many children, can laugh off pain or hide it. But there are the others who
can’t. There is much mental and emotional stress and pain within the school
situation, and some young people just can’t handle it. And so we see them taking
their own lives or the lives of others all over the world....and yes, this is
also happening in America.
And so as you listen, are
you saying....Yes, I know these things are happening in schools and among
young people wherever they gather....but what can we do?
At the adult level there
is always much we can do....but it may not be what we think we can do or should
be doing. We people all over the world seem to have a blind spot about what to
teach children, who are the future of the world....
Actually I think we do
know, if we will stop and think about it....Though taking proper care of our
children often means changing our own
behavior. But, as always the answer is simplicity itself...., a better Life is obtained
for our children by nothing more difficult than teaching them the value of kindness,
caring, consideration, respect, dignity, honor....all the Values that make it
possible for people to live peacefully and honorably together.
That
is the first part of the answer.
Simultaneously, most of
us know how to
take problems to a Higher Power in Prayer....how to invoke the Mighty and Powerful, Higher Vibrational Energies of Heaven.
These
Spiritual tools have always been available to help us in our normal daily lives as we face
any kind of problem, such as healing situations, physical, mental and emotional as they concern children.
Now to take this
into the Spiritual, Mystical Realm ....addressing these situations from within
our 'one on one Relationship with God'. Some 'problems' are simply too big for
the human-us. So what do we do?
We consciously, deliberately,
determinedly put
situations that can't be solved by our individual actions into the hands of
'God' through our
human/Soul Partnership.... which sometimes is the only way....and that is why the Partnership exists! The
human Being was never designed to 'go it alone'!
People pray and beg God
for Answers....
WITHOUT REALIZING THAT THE
ANSWERS ARE ALWAYS THERE....ALWAYS AVAILABLE....DIRECTLY FROM 'HEAVEN'
AND IMMEDIATELY FROM WITHIN THE INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS FROM ALL THE LAYERS AND
LEVELS OF GODNESS THAT EXIST TO CARE FOR BOTH BODY AND SOUL.
HUMANLY WE ARE
CARED FOR FROM ABOVE, AND FROM WITHIN.....ALWAYS.
HERE ON EARTH GOD’S
ENERGY CONTINUES TO FLOW TO US WHEREVER WE ARE OR WHATEVER WE ARE DOING....AND
REGARDLESS OF OUR STATE OF HEALTH. OR ANY OTHER SITUATION IN WHICH WE MAY FIND
OURSELVES.
THIS POWERFUL ENERGY FLOWS
CONTINUOUSLY.
WE CAN’T KEEP IT FROM
REACHING US FOR WE ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO IT THROUGH THE STREAM OF SOUL LIGHT
ANCHORED IN OUR HEARTS.
BUT WHAT WE HAVE DONE, IS CREATE
LAYERS OF LOW GRADE (DENSE) ENERGY AROUND OURSELVES, WHICH SHUTS OUT THE FULL STRENGTH OF THE
POWERFUL COSMIC ENERGY THAT FLOWS AT OUR CALL.
IT'S LIKE THE CLOUDS THAT
SHUT OUT THE LIGHT OF THE SUN....LIGHT THAT IS ALWAYS THERE REGARDLESS OF
CLOUDS.
LIGHT THAT SHINES EQUALLY ON
EVERYONE....
LIGHT THT PLAYS NO FAVORITES.
WE FOOLISHLY, CARELESSLY PUT LAYERS OF DARK OR THICK ENERGY
BETWEEN OURSELVES AND GOD.
THESE LAYERS BECOME CLOUDS OF
UNKNOWING... CLOUDS OF UNBELIEF AND DOUBT... CLOUDS OF SOILED ENERGY.
IN SO MANY WAYS WE SHUT OUT THE
FULL POWER OF THAT ENERGY THAT FUELS OUR LIVES. AND SOLVES OUR PROBLEMS.
TO ME, THE 'POWER OR ENERGY OF
GOD' HAS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THE POWER OR ENERGY OF THE SUN.
I UNDERSTAND WHY THE ANCIENTS USED THE SUN AS A
SYMBOL OF SUPREME CONSCIOUSNESS.
FOR THEY SAW THAT IT
SHINES ETERNALLY
AND ON ALL. EQUALLY ALL THE
TIME.
SUNLIGHT.
GOD-LIGHT DOESN’T GO
ANYWHERE....
IT DOESN’T TURN OFF AND ON.
IT'S ALWAYS THERE.
IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE
ASKED FOR.
IT JUST HAS TO BE ABLE TO
GET WHERE IT IS NEEDED.
THUS, IF WE HAVE ISSUES THAT NEED
GREATER POWER POURED INTO THEM....AND WE ARE PRAYING TO GOD....WE BEGIN BY
RECHARGING OUR ENERGY WITH PURITY, SO THAT THE 'LIGHT OF GOD' CAN FLOW THROUGH AND REACH
US.
AND THEN IN GRATEFUL
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND THROUGH CORRECT USAGE, WE CAN EXPAND THAT LIGHT AROUND OURSELVES
AND AROUND WHATEVER WE SEE NEEDS MORE 'GOD
LIGHT'. WE CAN USE IT TO SOLVE ALL ISSUES THAT REVOLVE AROUND OUR HUMAN/SOUL PARTNERSHIP. ALL
ISSUES THAT CURRENTLY BESET THE WORLD.
FOR TODAY, THE WORLD FACES MANY BIG ISSUES THAT REQUIRE OUR KNOWLEDGE OF HOW
TO DRAW THE MORE POWERFUL 'LIGHT OF GOD' INTO THOSE ISSUES.
THE HUMAN MIND HAS SHUT THE DOOR
TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TREASURE HOUSE....
THROUGH ERRONEOUS BELIEFS,
AND ARROGANCE AND PRIDE.
BUT, THE DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN FROM GOD’S SIDE.
THE ENERGY IS ALWAYS
FLOWING....
DO WE REALLY BELIEVE THAT 'GOD'
WOULD HOLD THAT DOOR CLOSED
AND NOT ALLOW 'HIS LIGHT' TO
SHINE ON HIS PEOPLE?
WE HUMAN BEINGS ARE VERY STRANGE
IN WHAT WE CAN AND CAN’T...
AND WILL AND WON’T BELIEVE...
.BUT IF WE WILL LOOK OUTSIDE ON A
CLOUDY DAY, THOUGH WE DON'T SEE IT, WE KNOW THE SUN IS STILL SHINING.
NOW LET US USE THAT SAME
COMMON SENSE AND BELIEVE IN THE
'POWER OF GOD', ALWAYS SHINING ON US....ALWAYS ACTIVE IN ALL THAT IS OUR LIFE OR
ANY LIFE! LET'S TAKE TIME TO LIGHTEN OUR ENERGY SO
THAT 'GOD’S LIGHT' CAN ALWAYS REACH US AND HEALING CAN TAKE PLACE.
I want to speak of
Power, 'Spiritual Power'....of that 'Quality of Spiritual Power' that is ours to
use as we work to become Spiritualized human Beings....And as we become
incapable of abusing that Power.
I am speaking of
the 'Greater Christ Power' that will gradually be given into our use as we prove
ourselves capable of using it wisely. I do not speak of using Spiritual Power to
satisfy our human desires...for there is a selfless quality to Spiritual
Power that requires that we use it to further the Spiritual Progress of man and
his Soul.
And so when we ask
for assistance, as in healing, and we do it from within the human/Soul
mind-set....we always say, 'if it be for the good of all concerned, let this
body or that body or that situation, be healed.'
I have often wondered
about the religious focus on sinfulness...
.and if this
recrimination against both the human and Soul came about because in times past,
the human/Soul Partnership abused its Spiritual Power.
If so, there have
now been
thousands of years of being told how sinful we have been.....and thousands of
years of pain and misery, even though over the past two thousand years, everyone
on Earth could have bathed in the Love and Light of Prince of Peace and other Great
Beings....could have been cleansed and re-energized by the Christ Energy which
He directs....
Now
finally, perhaps many are ready to try again to live up to their full Spiritual
Potential.
Many are now aware of the
Modern Spiritual Dispensations that are allowing the
'Sacred Fire' to begin to flow freely again....and many of us feel the 'Power of
that Light'
coming back into our lives. Now, we are again ready to acknowledge the Love, Wisdom and
Power of that Unfed Flame that burns in our Hearts....knowing we need that
Love ...we need that Wisdom in order to use that Power constructively.
In our thinking about
Healing, my Intuitive sense tells me that we are seeing the last vestiges of
'old sin' being worked out through the many forms of distress being experienced
by many in these “last days”....
These so called 'last days' are the prelude to the incoming Cycle of Christed Energy that will
soon permeate the atmosphere of Earth.
The Earth is preparing for the Second Coming....for the expansion
of the Christ Energy in which we will then live our lives....for Christ Energy with which we will heal
our lives and the lives of the Nations.
Now a few more thoughts
about 'health'
Any good
thing we wish to accomplish, anything we wish to experience, individually or as
a Nation, is all but impossible without 'health'....total mental, emotional,
physical and Etheric health, both of our bodies, as well as economic, political
and Spiritual health, personal and National.
And it isn‘t until we face a
major 'health crisis' of one
kind or another, that we come to grips with the question of what health is
worth. In the Bible we read that a man sold all he had in order to buy the
Field containing
the Treasure...
The Kingdom of Health, in
all areas of our lives, can be likened unto the treasure buried in a Heavenly
Field.
What is it worth to us?
Those who have
experienced a serious debilitating condition, physical or other, would argue for the
value of health at all levels of physical Beingness. There are those who will
testify to the value of healthful political or economic activities...and those
who will deny the value of personal misfortune of any kind.
How many know that
'lack of purity' some where in the individual's life or the Life of the Nation
causes all the disorder in our lives.
Yes, lack of purity.
Impurity
is the cause
of all disorder...for impurity of thoughts, feelings and actions, personal or
nationally, lowers the Rate of Vibration of
Energy.....allowing negativity of many kinds to intrude into our lives.
This
bring us back to personal responsibility. And the requirement that we protect
our Energy....and the Purity of our Energy by all that we do....for within
impure patterns of thinking, feeling, acting and speaking, are the causes of
distress....at every level of life.
To begin a Healing
Process around any situation,
we start by calling in all our Energy that is not serving a Divine Purpose
elsewhere. We blaze the Light of the Christ through It to raise its vibration
and to purify It....it's a little like washing
our clothes. We expand the Christ Energy within our four Earth
bodies and auras, expanding that
Christness out to
fill every area of our lives, the Life of the Nation and the lives of all
mankind.
We ask our 'Holy Christ
Self' to Expand 'God's Light, which is all God Love and Perfection'' within and
around us'....and now we have Our Daily Bread and we are ready to use It again,
constructively in all we do.
So now let's center
in our Quiet Place....
relaxing
in the Christ Light of our Soul....
Seeing It blaze around the
physical body....
as we reinforce the 'Wall
of Blazing White Light' around ourselves.
In certain yoga
meditations, the individual assumes certain positions and imagines him or
herself seated upon what is called a 'Lotus Throne'....
a comfortable seated
position, like this one, helps to ground us....grounding connects us to the
Planetary Feminine Energy...
So today let’s add
grounding to our Meditative Process...let's allow our Light to flow into us from
above, move through our energy centers one by one...and allow some to flow into
the Earth below our feet and into the
ground....anchoring us there and flowing out to enfold the Earth in the 'Light
and Love of our Holy Christ Self',
Now, we will place our attention
on the brow chakra. And let that Energy Center open up and we look within It and
see a room filled with Golden Light....
We
see ourselves seated in the middle of that room, at ease on a Lotus Throne
....comfortable, grounded....at Peace....no thoughts, no feelings....just
being there, completely quiet and at peace.
We visualize
our Holy Christ Self standing slightly above us, and we allow more of Its Light to flow
in and enfold us, Body and Soul....
We have integrated
the human energy with the Soul Energy of God.
Now we ask to be,
forevermore, sealed in that Christ Light...
as we say,
I live, move
and have my entire Being now enfolded in the Light of my Christ Self, Who will
assist me in purifying all the Energy ever given into my use.
I ask that all
Energy I have left in other situations, any Energy filled with impurity that is
not letting 'God’s Light' shine into my life, be purified.
O Holy Christ
Self, Blaze your healing,
purifying, transmuting Christ Flame through all my Energy....that it may, from
this day on, do its Perfect Work to bring God-health to this body and
mind....to this human/Soul Partnership.
I Am always ready to
serve all Life on Earth....and God in Heaven. I thank thee. It is done.'
So now we have asked
and invoked.
And
now we stay focused on what we’ve asked for.
If we stay in this Mode, this
Mind-set, if we do
not look back....if we do not continue to revolve our problems or the problems
of others, or the problems of our country....do you see, if we put problems
behind us, we will more quickly begin to see results. Not everything can be
worked out in a minute....but if we stay faithful to our Vision and Request, it
has to manifest....that is a Spiritual Law.
If we stay faithful
to God we will be led to Paths that
manifest the healing asked for. And it will be healing tailored to our
request.
Now to re cap:
We have begun the
purification of our Energy by requesting that all our Energy be returned to its
Original Purity and Power....
We’ve asked for Christ
Light to enfold us.
Now our Prayer or Decree
or Request for healing can be fulfilled.
The Process of Calling
in our Energy is very important. We have left our Energy everywhere we’ve gone, around
everything we’ve done. Everything we touch carries the Imprint of our Energy.
Our thoughts, feelings and actions use our Energy and we often leave It 'lying
around', as it were....perhaps where we would rather not have left it....as
our impure energy is not healthful for others.
For example,
a fit of anger in the
presence of others is regretful. It leaves terribly
fractured, frantic energy whirling around in the atmosphere....it may make someone else
ill...it may cause someone to
pick up a gun and to kill someone.
And it may take
days or weeks to dissipate. And if it was our fit of anger, the angry fractured
energy belongs to us, we have to go get it and clean it up....and
then make restitution for any damage it may have caused.
This is another lesson in
responsibility. And in how Energy works....how It travels....how It eventually
finds Its Way back to us....and how mis-used Energy is responsible for some of
the experiences we can’t account for....in the sense we didn’t plan or ask for
them.
However, we can be
certain that we set the Energy in motion, sometime, someplace.
And this is
where we learn to ask to be Forgiven....for we can’t always know how things
we’ve said...or how we said them...how our actions or thoughts or feelings may have affected
another human being....so before we end each day, we ask forgiveness for
anything we have done to cause problems for another.
We can see
Forgiveness as a 'Ray of
Love' that goes out of our Hearts to enfold all individuals with whom we’ve had any
contact...in any way. In this Way we use our 'Heart’s Light' to heal any wounds
for which we are responsible.
So, you can see
the reasons for a vital Spiritual Exercise to Consciously gather up our
Energy, clean It up and keep It within our aura, as we move from place to place,
from one situation to another.....passing It through 'Purity’s Flame' and bringing
it back into our aura, and placing that Wall of Impenetrable Light around It.
Then we are always
strong and ready to deal with any situation that may be ours to face.
Living our lives
from within that Christ Light will help us to think before we speak or act....we
will more easily control ourselves from within that Lighted Peaceful
Place.....now only using our Energy for 'God good'.
As we get ourselves
under the control of the human/Soul Partnership, we now have control of our Energy,
Now
we can ask for more and more Cosmic Energy to use in our Service to Life.
In this Way the
Partnership becomes humanly Trustworthy and Spiritually Powerful
and eventually the
Soul,
that 'Spark of Christed
God Consciousness'
graduates into the Ascended
State.

“One day, I was walking home from school. I saw a kid from my class. His name
was Kyle and it looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought, why
would anyone bring home so many books? As I was walking I saw a bunch of kids
running toward him. As they ran by they tripped him, knocking all the books out
of his arms, causing him to fall in the dirt.'Graduation is a time to
thank those who helped you make it through these tough years....your parents,
your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach....but for many young people, it is
mostly your friends. I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone
