The history of the human race records how smart we can be and how destructive we can be....how cruel and how sublime.
Why so cruel? How so sublime?
Hello everyone. Welcome to the Modern Mystic.
We live in a world that is changing dramatically before our very eyes. I have entitled this talk The Future is Here...because it feels as though many of both old and new predictions and 'prophecy of change' are upon us.
As I write these words in 2001, the economic news is not good....and by the time you hear these words, the news may indeed be more grim. I pray that it is not.
At the moment I am reading of business failures and slow downs and massive lay-offs in certain sectors of the business world. Of loss of savings accounts and retirement accounts of many middle income and retired people the world over, as the well manipulated 'bubble economy' is bursting.
I believe high levels of government and big banking the world over....and unconscionable greed and duplicity of money managers set foolish people up to fail....
and I feel ashamed that in America people, who should have known better, fell for many financial schemes that anyone with an ounce of sense had to know were bogus if not immoral. While some were getting very rich off the misfortunes of many others, economic warnings were out there and ignored by those millions who blindly jeopardized their financial futures. It seems few saw the sad charade. Or cared while they thought they were getting rich....what did it matter how much was 'rotten in 'Denmark'!
As I write this, we do not know the full extent of the financial rot, in business and government, in this country and many others....but months from now when these programs are heard or read, we will know more.
Since we do not know what lies ahead financially, I urge everyone to get out of debt, stay liquid and work for stability at every level of their lives, physical, Spiritual and economical...
Join me again in saying
LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH AND LET IT BEGIN WITH ME.
Today we need to pray for people whose lives are already affected by what appears to be the sad end of the 'financial feeding frenzy' brought on by the manipulation of business, world wide.
In America the investment media fed us fantasies about computer technology that would revolutionize our lives and used that, and other, misinformation to pull people into investment schemes and scams.
And while we are praying, let's pray for all of us. For many people will be financially affected by what happens to that first group.
And so, today again, we seek a few minutes of peace and quiet in our busy lives. We Pray for all people who are suffering in any way....
We wrap all those people in Light....
seeing everyone in the whole wide world enfolded in dazzling White Light
their auras and bodies filled with the Cosmic Consciousness of their
Christed Selves....
and we ask God’s Merciful Help for all people everywhere, in whatever way they need it.
Now as we enter into the Silence of the Mystical Sanctuary we’ve created for ourselves....taking these few minutes to enjoy and treasure this Special Place where we can be alone,
We are sealed within the Wall of Impenetrable White Light,
bathed in the Powerful Healing Light of the Cosmic Christ....
Our Energy purified by the Violet Consuming Flame
Asking that all mankind be enfolded in those same Activities of
Christ Light from God's Own Heart
Let us visualize the Opalescent Light of the Resurrection Flame
spiraling around everyone
And all minds open to the Highest Information Channels
As we invite All Activities of the Light of the Seven Cosmic Rays to
stream forth into every Heart and Mind
That all may soon become Perfected Channels
for all that Light and Illumination to descend permanently to earth.
Someone once said that religion is the opiate of the masses....
or words to that effect.
But today it seems that many people have even abandoned that opiate.
Has the human mind really abandoned God? Are people really in denial about a personal Relationship with a Supreme Being?
One has to wonder, as today it seems the 'new god' of many people is the 'god of organized modern business' led by the bankers. Bankers are the 'top gods'....calling the shots....directing the world in the way they wish it to go.
If we think that organized religion once generated much of yesterday’s human folly, today we may be correct in saying it is organized business, under the leadership and control of an elite banking power bloc that leads the way....the pied piper leading us astray.
I recently came across a statement about organized religion, much of which I agree with....and if we apply these thoughts to organized business, we can see how human nature remains the same, yesterday, today, but hopefully not forever....it seems that people still like to be controlled, whether it is the controlling hand of politics, religion or business. See how these thoughts about 'religion' describe our love affair with big business today.

Digressing a minute to speak of Organized Religion: Who would argue that the agendas of many world religions, seem to offer only a small amount of Spirituality, while offering much pure humanism. There is little in much religious practice for people who seek advanced knowledge or understanding of God....Knowledge doesn't seem to be the purpose of at least, most Organized Religion.
Though who but Organized Religion regardless of country or culture, in any given time, has kept religion alive, while offering at least a generalized belief system of some kind about invisible Life....often being the only “kid allowed on the block”.
It's no secret that religions have been dominated by kings or political groups....in old times and in our time....by people of by groups who have had the real power to confuse the Truth, mixing it with half truths, with lies and often vilifying verbiage....
and for thousands of years people have been afraid to question. Or if they questioned and survived, they had no place to go for answers.
And yet enough of humanity has been guided by its indwelling Spark of God (Soul) and the Soul never stops looking for ....yearning for Its Relationship with Its Creator God.
If we doubt this we have but to turn to literature, ancient and modern, proves this.
But getting back to our statement above about religions: See how easily we can paraphrase it and use it to describe multi-national and international business as it affects people all over the world, yesterday and today.
We can say that 'Big business, in the past and today, in every country, encourages a cult of “human denial of economic reality”.
Big Business, government and bankers manufacture lies and/or dogma....meant to keep people focused on the human side of life, meant to keep people focused on acquiring material things....
meant to enslave people to human powers, to big corporations and bankers through loose credit....creating endless and debilitating debt...
meant to keep people in line with guarantees or by promising ever lasting profits and future security by adherence to man-made dogma.
We ask,
Why do intelligent people go along with this ...other than the fact that believing in man made dogma makes life easy...
no thinking is needed.
However people are often forced to go along with the 'system in place', because getting a job and having some semblance of financial security often depends on it. Few individuals, who see the charade....who see the 'control' of society, can do much to compete with or change the direction of Big Business on a day by day basis. 'Societal control' was organized in the 'old days' by kings and their friends, usually in conjunction with a Church and its friends.
Today we have all of that and more, now functioning under the umbrella of bankers and political groups whose sole agenda is to 'keep control' ...
and who have the money and the power to force control and manipulate confusion, using half truths or simply doing it with lies. When the 'power bloc controls the major media outlets, who is there to tell the other side?
Thus, people yearning for human security believe they have no other place to go.....believe they have to accept the status quo....
many having denied the Source of all their Spiritual Security.
And so we see that very little changes in human nature....politics, religions, economics all have the power to enslave us....and Truth remains obscured....and we people follow the ways of least resistance, out of fear of an empty belly....
Perhaps out of lack of knowledge or opportunity
But usually, we tell ourselves, out of necessity.
I was raised on a very practical metaphysical philosophy....
but in order to prove it....
in order to know for sure that it contained what I call 'Truth',
I have had to live it.
I search continuously through the world of Ideas....
religious and philosophical, political and economic Ideas....
to see if there is something I’m missing....
something that makes more sense.
I have found bits and pieces of what I call Mystical Truth in almost every thing I’ve studied and practiced as I lived my life within My Philosophy and in today’s society. Godness is there if you can find It buried under the 'control'.
Only with a few exceptions have I experienced a complete enough 'Truth' that makes Life more meaningful, Body or Soul, within modern religious, political and economic situations.
For the most part there is only 'dogma' dreamed up by mortal men, who deal in obfuscation.....
who have their own agendas....
who keep non-thinking people in chains, the sands of their lives
constantly shifting....the human focus on Caesar.
And what will change in the future, unless we people wake up and take back our lives, which means first, adding Spirituality back into our lives....which means,
KNOWING WHO WE REALLY ARE, BODY AND SOUL
AND ACTING ON THE KNOWLEDGE.
Speaking of Knowledge:
Immense amounts of scientific knowledge and occasionally confusion continues to bring to Light more accurate Information about our past....some of which has been 'buried or hidden' for a long time.
Archeological finds continue to confirm our ancientness....new translations of ancient scrolls have brought to us new Insight into the Teaching of the One we know as Jesus....showing It to be a practical Teaching that makes sense to our twentieth century minds.
And I have been sharing some of those translations here....hoping to put to rest some of the misrepresentations of both 'Jesus and God'.
New Spiritual Thought tells us
that The Godness we pray to, lives within us, as well as 'far off'
That Real 'Godness' cannot not create both good and evil....
nor is It, in Its broader sense, far removed from where the people are....
It is always 'there' to answers prayers
always caring about the suffering of human beings even though so many of them have denied It.
Today we are getting a New Perspective about the Universe and about our ancient past, one that begins to make sense. Today New Information and Instruction exists that will set us free from old chains of misinformation....
that will set us free from our 'denial of WHO WE REALLY ARE, BODY OR SOUL....
that will allow us to experience our Spirituality as we awaken to the real human/Soul Relationship....as we expand our Knowledge of WHO WE REALLY ARE....WHO AND WHAT 'GOD' REALLY IS....WHAT THE DIVINE PLAN IS....HOW THE UNIVERSE OPERATES.
Those are the Ideas I have hoped to convey in these talks.
Despite the clouds on the horizon, let’s look at the Present....and think about the very near future....and see if we can glimpse what the human/Soul Partnership can expect to experience as the Planet goes through its cleansing and growing pains of the next few years....and yes, for some there will be....already has been...pain.
All signs point to its being a time in which society looks at the whole person....
insists that the whole person, Body and Soul, must be nurtured and valued.....
a time when no one questions the existence or validity of the needs of both the human person and the Spiritual-Soul self.
A time that sees the human vehicle as an heroic being....
rather than a sinful one.
We live in a time that challenges the human-us to grow up
and allow the Journey to reflect
WHO WE REALLY ARE WHOLLY AND COMPLETELY.
We are being challenged to 'fight for the right' to work for our own happiness,
to fight and strive for our own human and Spiritual growth.
Certainly with the perfecting of each one of us, in all the ways we are capable of improving ourselves, to that degree the world is going to be a much better place....
to that degree God’s Energy is going to be further expanded on Earth,
and definitely, to that degree, we will leap forward in Soul Attainment
to that degree The Ancient Plan of God is implemented.
To that degree we have helped to neutralize human folly.
Apparently every new millennium offers challenges to the Life of the planet. With so much excitement around the year 2000, certainly many of us hope it will bring wonderful changes into our lives and the life of the planet....although, we wouldn’t be able to say exactly what it is we are hoping for.
Personally, I hope and believe, the coming years will bring a Greater Realization that Life can be lived with Spiritual Purpose, even as we wholeheartedly pursue our daily lives....
understanding and working with the Knowledge that we are more than these physical bodies.....
that we are even more than the human/Soul Relationship.
However for the time being, just internalizing that Idea, and knowing our Higher Purpose gives more meaning to the efforts of our human/Soul Partnership.
My hope for the years ahead is that we all see all 'individual productive achievement' as honorable, as worthwhile activity.
Perhaps most important to my way of thinking is that we begin to openly affirm and defend our moral human values...that we openly affirm and defend and live God-values!
I hope we quickly begin to activate the Higher Powers within us and give recognition to even Greater Activities of Higher Vibration.
There is so much 'Light' waiting to flow onto the earth. And it comes according to our desires for It...
according to our ability and willingness to learn how to access It....
according to our worthiness to use It.
This new millennium will see the explosion of human Activity within a New Framework of Spiritual Achievement. Here-to-fore we have been dealing with the Use of Energy as it has outpictured in material things.
Now we will come to know the hither-to intangible, invisible Aspects of Cosmic Energy and we will learn about unsuspected Spiritual Levels of ourselves. Most importantly we’ll be learning how to recognize and work with our Christ Selves and through that, gain the ability and skill in calling forth the Pure Spiritual Energy of Highest Godness to improve our lives, Body and Soul.
In 1944 Mrs. G. W. Ballard explained it this way....
I will paraphrase some of her remarks from an Article in which she is explaining the use of the Higher Vibrations of Christed Selves. In explaining what happens when we ask for the Higher Impulses of Light to come into our physical selves,
she said
“An Inner (or invisible) Action of Spiritual Energy takes place in our feelings with every breath, with every feeling, every spoken word and thought as that Higher, Spiritual Energy flows to us from our God Presence and that Energy changes in vibration depending on the quality of our feelings....and on how we use it”. (end of quote)
So, January 1, 2000, when the long awaited future became the present....the long awaited time arrived in which we are to achieve according to our own abilities.... each accessing and using the Power of God that lives with in each one of us.
Most of us saw the “future” arrive, watched it arrive amid tremendous controversy.
The new millennium was greeted with great fanfare around the world....bringing in both the new century and the new millennium and the many questions about where we go from here. How many would admit to wondering what God’s Message would be as the clock turned over to January 1, 2000.
And how many breathed a sigh of relief as all the chaos predicted was averted and the Message from on High read for at least for most of us, “I LOVE YOU. I AM HERE FOR YOU, ALL FOR WHOM I HAVE SO MUCH HOPE.”
I wonder how many people understood they had received a Message of Hope when their worlds didn’t fall apart.
Speaking now to the people of America:
WE PEOPLE OF AMERICA HAVE HAD GOD-PROTECTION FOR A LONG TIME....MANY TAKE OUR GOD-PROTECTION FOR GRANTED.
WE ARE OFTEN DENIED, BY GOVERNMENT AND RELIGION, THE TRUTH, OFTEN NOT BEING TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC SITUATIONS WITHIN OUR OWN COUNTRY.
AND WE ARE TOLD ALMOST NOTHING ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE REST OF THE WORLD...ALL THOSE ACTIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT AFFECT US HERE
WE DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW PLANET-WIDE, HUMAN HYPOCRISY IS IMPLODING AND SOULS ARE BEING REQUIRED TO RE-PAY THEIR ENERGY DEBTS WITH INTEREST.
BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN SO INSULATED FROM SOCIETAL DISASTERS, CAUSED BY THE RE-BOUNDING ENERGY OF THE 'DEBTS OF THE PAST', MANY AMERICANS TEND TO BE SMUG....MANY OTHERS ARE SIMPLY ASLEEP....
WHILE MANY OTHERS, LIKE MYSELF WORK TIRELESSLY WITH THE HIERARCHY OF ADVANCED SOULS AND ANGELS TO AWAKEN PEOPLE OF AMERICA AND THE WORLD TO THE ENERGY NEEDS OF THE HOUR
TO BRING TO THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA AND THE WORLD, THE INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO CALL TO THEIR OWN CHRIST SELF AND TO ALMIGHTY GOD AND TO ALL THE BEINGS AND POWERS OF LIGHT, ASKING THAT THE PLANET AND PEOPLE BE FLOODED WITH THE LIGHT OF GOD THAT NEVER FAILS....
MAKING SURE THAT THE PROPHECY OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION
PREDICTED FOR OUR TIME
FAILS.
BUT THE CHANGES WORKING THEIR WAY THROUGH THE ENERGY OF THIS PLANET WILL NOT EXEMPT ANYONE WHO IS HASN'T WORKED TO HAVE FORGIVEN AND TRANSMUTED OLD DIRTY ENERGY,
THUS PREPARING THAT ONE FOR THE ONRUSH OF INCOMING POWERFUL, SPARKLING AND CLEAN CHRIST ENERGY THAT IS EVEN NOW FLOWING FROM THE HIGHEST SOURCES.
AND SO, WE ASK,
HOW SOON BEFORE THE BELL TOLLS
FOR THOSE IN AMERICA AND THROUGH OUT THE WORLD
WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR ALLEGIANCE TO THE HUMAN POWERS....
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DELIBERATELY 'LOOKED AWAY'
FROM THE GOD OF THEIR BEINGS.
HOW SOON BEFORE ALL ARE CALLED TO ACCOUNT, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS NATIONS, FOR TURNING AWAY FROM THE POWER THAT CREATED ALL WE ARE AND ALL WE HAVE....
HOW LONG BEFORE EACH INDIVIDUAL IS ASKED TO CLEAN UP THE ORIGINALLY PURE ENERGY THAT HAS BEEN LOWERED IN VIBRATION BY THE INDIVIDUAL'S POOR USE OF IT.
AS AMERICANS WE CAN BE GRATEFUL THAT ON THE WHOLE, WE HAVE BEEN, WE STILL ARE A GENEROUS COUNTRY.
ON THE WHOLE, AMERICANS ARE DECENT PEOPLE, MANY ARE GOD-LOVING PEOPLE.
I PRAY THAT THE GOOD DEEDS OF AMERICA HAVE OUTWEIGHED THE REST....THAT WE AMERICANS, AS WELL AS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE, GET THROUGH THE NEXT FEW YEARS WITH AS LITTLE PAIN AS POSSIBLE.
For many years, more than thirty years, I have been writing and talking about Spiritual changes Intuitively glimpsed. I have wondered how those 'changes' would come about. Over those thirty years technology exploded....definitely pointing us in new directions....very specific directions.
Suddenly many of us are faced with choices and changes in how we are now to live...how we may soon be employed....and from the human side much of this has been defined, correctly or otherwise, by that explosion of technology in all areas of our lives, not just computers but basics like food and medicine....and much else that has unfortunately, become part of today’s false gods.
And Freedom.
What is happening to our freedom?
Much, way too much Constitutional freedom was relinquished in the last century in favor of governmental, institutional control of our lives.
We wonder why modern people would so carelessly give away what has been bought with the precious blood of our people.
However, almost suddenly, freedom again becomes both a National discussion as well as an individual issue.
Freedom, the right to it....the need to experience it, is now to being looked at, at more personal individual levels. And many Americans are, finally, beginning to understand the personal responsibility that comes with Freedom.
With more and more people becoming self-employed, the issues around Freedom and Responsibility for pulling one’s share of the load, are definitely felt personally. Soon the governmental hand reaching out to take, will again be the individual hand reaching out to share.
So the incoming Spiritual Energy of this new millennium is already bringing changes in attitudes, outlooks and experiences. For some it is coming as personal turbulence....lack of stability in jobs....unstable relationships and loss of health or wealth. Some of this can be explained as individuals work out the old Energy in their lives, some of which has to be cleaned up and/or moved out before the new Energy can come in.
Some 'change' happens as the more Spiritual Energy of this New Millennium is 'speeding up time'....we experience Life in sometimes strange and interesting ways. It can cause us to sense that our daily life is moving faster than we think we can cope....
moving us rapidly from one situation to the next...
.we hardly finish up one situation before we are faced with another.
And with all this Spiritual Activity whirling around us, we can lose our normal mental and emotional balance....
a little like the way we feel when skating or skiing and we find ourselves moving too fast...and we lose our balance.
Which is why I feel the need to spend so much time describing the action of the Energy System, taking it Chakra by Chakra and describing the Methods we can use to be 'squeaky clean', Energy-wise.
This new Spiritual Energy requires us to take ourselves in hand....to control our thinking and feeling because now everything we do is amplified....it becomes very important to be 'clean'.
Think about it....the incoming Energy is more powerful....and so everything we do using that Energy becomes more powerful....
our Love is more powerful....
our hate is more powerful....
it is terribly important that we understand this.
These more Powerful Christ Energies are flowing onto the Earth....saturating the Earth....
They are raising our individual Consciousness, Body and Soul....
and as this takes place, we are pointed in new Spiritual directions.
These Higher Vibrations are affecting us at all levels....
They are penetrating our mental, emotional and physical bodies, expanding all our Energy....the Energy of our human self and of our Spiritual Selves.
Again, this why I spend so much time emphasizing the need to get our human actions under control, to get all our Energy under control. We don’t want our 'negativities' amplified.
A number of things are happening as the 'upgrading' of the quality of our earth bodies occurs. First the physical body is being prepared, physically, mentally and emotionally, for a more sophisticated, a more Spiritual Use of these bodies. We have seen the tremendous serge of mental and Spiritual activity during the last century.
Thus, today we see that people are living longer in bodies that are bigger and stronger than a century or more ago.
Today we are being taught to work on our emotional, feeling Energy. This is where most of us have much work to do.
It is in our emotions that we carry a lot of garbage and we have to clean up that Energy. We can be grateful that we now have the Teaching that allows us to do that, getting us ready to embrace the new Spiritual Energies, Body and Soul.
These higher frequency Spiritual Vibrations started to come in around the middle of the eighteen hundreds, bringing with Them the start of the religious and really Spiritual 'changes' seen in the last 150 years.
This can be proven by studying the change of direction in philosophical thought that began to emerge about that time. 'New thinking' continues to expand into our time.
Here is an interesting fact:
Using the time of Jesus as a beginning point, religious and philosophical thought and practice moved in a fairly straight line until 1850 AD or thereabouts. During most of the previous 1850 years, any deviation from the powerfully organized and controlled religion of the day was ruthlessly rooted out.
Thus denying most of the Spiritual Advancement begun by the Teaching of 'Jesus'.
Suddenly a more powerful Spiritual Energy began to flow in earnest in the middle of the last century.
Spiritual Literature of the last one hundred and fifty years reveals the Spiritual efforts of many Souls, embodied to carry on the work of God, setting in place Spiritual training that goes on visibly and invisibly in our human and Soul life.
And we are seeing its affect of this on all of life....on this planet and possibly throughout our Universe. For we have said that if one part of Life is raised up, it automatically raises all life in some Spiritual Equation, and Godness expands exponentially and magically throughout all that is created.
It is easy to recognize the increased mental activity of the people of Earth. We think we are more sophisticated and generally, we are so much more knowledgeable in many ways in comparison to the mind-set of the people of just a hundred years ago.
Unfortunately, though we have more mental capacity in ever increasing mental activities, we are not necessarily better people in other ways.
All we can say in that regard is this:
For some years the human mind has been evolving ....the physical body is getting stronger....and if we assume a Spiritual Purpose for this, we can speculate that the human vehicle is being programmed and trained to Process the Higher Spiritual Energy that will increase and will find Its ways into the Energy fields of all Life on Earth.
And in the process, will increase the Energy Potential for incoming Souls who will be born into physically and Spiritually up-dated bodies.
A better mind and body makes for an expanded human capacity and ability, mentally and emotionally, capable of understanding and applying Spiritual Principles and Concepts. That allows the Soul to expand Its Spiritual Influence and Authority at the human level.
Now when our Soul sends the human-us a Message, hopefully our human mind has evolved enough to be able to understand or use the Message.
You’ve heard me say so many times....”life is practical”.
And my purpose here is eminently practical as I strive to voice Ideas that allow Spiritual Evolution and suggest practical human activities that any one can use to update their lives.
Always it is important for each one of us to be able to get our own information. We need information that is just right for each one always, but more so as we successfully enter what may a turbulent period. That is the human side.
The other side is that we need our own information so that we can evolve Spiritually as we are ready.
We face the challenges of the new millennium with the tools to succeed. The amount of easily available, printed material alone is staggering....bringing us the Teachings of many unascended Souls as well as Updated Instruction from Great Evolved Ones including "Jesus".
The communication hi-way of our time makes the Master Teaching available to all who seek it.
The responsibility then falls on us to use this Practical Teaching for our own growth and for the benefit of the people of the world wide community of which we are a part.
If we will apply this Teaching in a Spirit of humility and Service, we will be helping to create a Pathway of Love.....and Peace.
The Teaching 'Jesus' came to reveal.... the Truth of our personal Godness is available to set us free to be all we can be.
And finally, the new Aquarian Energy, what will it bring if not a reconciliation between material science and Spirituality? Science will again serve not itself, but the Stream of Ancient Truth
all known to our Soul minds.
The Age of Aquarius, these next two thousand years, is expected to be exciting, stimulating....
.some say perhaps tumultuous from time to time but above all, it is expected that it will be an Age of Compassion
and ever expanding Spirituality.
This is a wonderful time to be here. We have but to take a few minutes each day to strengthen the Connection to the Source of our Power....
to ask for more Christ Energy to flow in around us....
absorb it
and then let It all flow out around us as a Blessing to all we contact.
In this Way, God’s world and all Life within It
will be perfected.
