 The history of the human race records how smart we can be and how destructive we can be....how cruel....how sublime.

 Why so cruel? How so sublime? 

Hello everyone, Welcome to the Modern Mystic. I'm here again to continue to explore Ideas that seek to define both our human and Soul Reality.... 

I realize that much of what I talk about is heavy duty, new and different Spiritual Thinking for many of you....but nothing I'm saying is really new. Some of it has been lost....some of it has been hidden until the right time for it to be given again to mankind.

 There has ever been just one Truth.....one Way....one Purpose to Life....and the Soul, (a Spark  of Christ Consciousness) before it embodies, is always taught these Truths, that are then to be expressed through a human journey. But for a very long time now, we Souls have not always had control of our human vehicles, which have often gone astray through the countless ages....rising to intellectual or Spiritual heights in one civilization, only to be brought low by stupidity and arrogance and cruelty in the next.  

Now today we are, once again at one of those times of advanced civilization ....and once again the Soul is being given another chance to finish its Earth Experience....and it must again, be given Information concerning the Original Truth, this time in a more complete and higher level Form. Today, the cycles move and much more is expected of us.....this time the work is not done until all warring ends. So if we're on a Spiritual Path, this is where we all stand up and say...."we've had enough war and enough greed....we're through with fighting and hating....

LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH AND LET IT BEGIN WITH ME.

At the beginning of these talks, because they are Spiritual in nature, I suggest that my listeners get a quiet as possible....create in their minds or hearts, a place where they can be quiet....I have always imagined for myself a BUBBLE OF SILENCE..... a place where I can escape from the busy human me, if just for a few moments. I surround my 'Bubble' with a Wall of impenetrable Light and fill it with fragrance of flowers...I like roses....and I see pulsing Light of many colors filling it and enfolding me. 

Now, I invite you to push aside your thoughts land feelings, wherever possible....build yourselves a Place of Silence....step into it and relax....Now

As we wrap ourselves in the Christed Heart Light of 'God'

Seeing Opalescent Light spiraling within and around ourselves

We open our minds to the Information Channels of the Octaves of Light

And invite that Light to stream forth into our Hearts and Minds

That we may become Channels for Cosmic Light and Illumination

To descend to Earth.

Now to complete the thoughts coming from an Essay entitled

Wisdom and Experience.   

In the last program I spoke of an intuitional moment in which I was shown what I described as The Christed Heart Energy of a Great Being, coalesced into a Blazing Sphere of Opalescent Light,

how I watched It explode into countless Units of that Heart Flame to become the Individuated Consciousness that is the 'Soul Energy' that empowers each human form. 

Now if we can accept the symbolism of that Vision, we then can say:

 I AM A GOD-SOUL EXPERIENCING EARTH THROUGH THE HUMAN ADVENTURE....and then perhaps, as we are able to accept the Truth of that statement, we are  further able to activate the  Power of our Souls in our daily lives....activating Spirituality within us in a personal, practical hands on way. Perhaps this statement jump starts our Awareness of Spirit Self as an individual 'Bit of Godness', embodied here with important work to do on Earth.

 Perhaps from then on as we walk humbly and righteously and with honor and reverence, we become a formidable opponent to all and to any non-god activity we contact. Never fearing....because who can fear when the God of our Being stands where we stand? This is the Key to constructive Life. This awareness of our interior Soul Nature gives the human-us the courage to go forward in constructive endeavors....and the Soul-us begin to make its way safely through the Energy of the physical plane.

So some of us are ready to go forward in the human/ Soul Partnership....and others of humanity, continue to identify only with the physical body, many placing 'God', if they believe there is a 'Conscious Power' we refer to as 'God', far away from the human scene.

 There is an irrationality to believing in a 'Supreme Mind and Power' operating the Universe and not believe that the same Power isn't hard at work on this planet in some sort of "hands on way". But how? In looking around can we find any form of Life here that is more suited to 'God's' Purpose than the human being? I think not. It was in coming to that conclusion that I found myself accepting the 'Idea of God', active here on Earth, operating through 'Individuated Soulness', a Unit of which I believe has been placed in each human form from the beginning.

For it to make sense... and why would 'God' do this if it didn't have a real Purpose....for it to make sense, I had to accept the Idea of the human/Soul Partnership. And so there came to be real meaning to the Concepts of Body and Soul....and it made sense to me that the Partnership is charged with consciously carrying on the work of the Universe here .....the human mind identifying with the material world and the Soul Mind or Consciousness, accessing and understanding the Spiritual worlds.

 Thus, I could see how 'God' had designed an amazing Plan that connects the two worlds....one that works well when the Soul Mind and the human mind are integrated and communicating.

So then, those Soul Sparks of my Vision, are the Indestructible Aspect of each one of us. The physical body is not indestructible. It is a non-permanent, throw away garment and was never intended to be anything else. Still many people choose to identify with the physical body....not knowing that when the physical body dies they go right on.

As we realize ourselves as 'Soul', we know that the unique 'Spark of God Light' that is our true Nature, continues right on and on and on. We simply move out of the dying physical body, enfolded in the permanent, living Etheric Sheath of Light, which has always been there, integrated as part of the earth body. Our earth atoms are strung on that Etheric Network of Living Light. First and foremost, we are 'Beings of Light'. Only secondarily are we, while here, human beings also. The goal is to be one integrated unit of the two conscious minds and bodies at work here, at all times .....a fully balanced and cooperating Partnership. 

When we read about the lives of those we call Saints, we find that what finally made them different from those around them, was their realization that the human scene was not where the real action was....but it was the Spirit within, their 'Soul, God', that was the Mover and Shaker....and the 'Infinite Life'.

The Life of Catherine of Siena is an interesting example. She tells of 'Jesus' appearing to her and how He made her realize that her human aspect was not her permanent or real identity....but that when she knew WHO SHE REALLY WAS, the enemy could never deceive her....she would never again consent to anything contrary to His Commandments.... and without difficulty, she would acquire every grace, every truth, every light. Her biographer records that with that lesson Catherine became fundamentally learned: she was founded upon a rock of Pure Truth....and there were no more shadows.

So, when our physical body dies.....we, the Soul withdraw, fully alive and functioning as well or better in a Body of Light. In some cases we are visible to the physical sight....in most cases we aren't....but visible or invisible, WE are no less alive. And then we each go to the Realms for which we have prepared ourselves ....thus, the "many mansions" of Jesus. For all of you who have lost loved ones....or who may be afraid of dying....be comforted....the Spirit, Soul, God, YOU, can't die even if you wanted to. And that loved one who has gone on ahead of us, is going right on with Life in the Place Perfect for him or her. Never forget....Godness functions in perfect Divine Order and Justice, and in the case of each one of us, always according to the vibration of our energy.

All Life is guided by Divine Law....there is no good or bad as we judge it....again in our case, there is only our Energy that will be magnetized to the place of similar Energy and thus begins the next learning phase.

 There is no one to judge us....again, there is only our Energy which we have colored or qualified or misqualified with our own actions, thoughts and feelings. That's what determines our future. There is no unfairness. The use of our free will alone, has determined our future. We must be allowed to exercise our free will,....it is part of the Soul Process....and that alone determines where we go from here. Everywhere, all life moves within the Law of the One....which guarantees perfect justice for all.   

So it is practical that we know Who We Really Are. And that we make an effort to attract as much God Light as possible into our lives here, while we can, so that the Soul has as much of God's High Frequency Light to work with here and there. This is especially important in cases where we may have a difficult atonement situation.

Never forget that any nonsense or evilness of the human vehicle is the responsibility of the Soul. I think it's only possible to appreciate what I'm saying if it is understood that this is a Soul Journey, not a human one.... and that the Soul, is supposed to be in charge of the human vehicle....not the other way around. If the human is in control, it means that the Soul has lost control....it's not supposed to happen that way.

It is always supposed to be the 'Hand of God' that is directing and holding control of all earth experiences. Looking out on the world, we can see that the 'Hand of God', through its 'Soul Creation', may be having very little to say about what is going on. If so, this creates an additional, terrible burden for our Souls, who eventually have to get it all sorted out. 

Now I know this is not what we want to hear. We want to think that if we believe in this or that, that our indiscretions, past, present and future will be forgiven....that if we ask in true humility, we will be forgiven our trespasses and that will be the end to the story.

Well, yes and no. Yes, we will be forgiven, but for every mistake we've made at any time of our long lives, we now must call forth a wave of positive Energy to transmute and balance all negativity we have imposed on our Energy. We are responsible for balancing all our debts to Life.

 This cleaning up and balancing starts with accepting the Truth that our Souls are a Powerful working part of our daily lives. When we get that straight in our minds, then we can begin to walk our Path....making any necessary changes in our lives, taking Wisdom farther out through our personal daily experiencing.

Part of the Process is realizing that 'God'....'Godness'....is the only Rock on which we can safely build our lives....human or Soul. That all else is really just the shifting and readjusting of the sands of human activity, thought and feeling.  

At some point we simply realize that just our human "knowing" isn't getting us anywhere....that no matter how educated we are, how smart we think we are, we aren't solving our problems....and that Realization is often a turning point in many lives. In a society that loves its intellectuality....and thinks the sun rises and sets on what mankind thinks and does and feels....it comes as a big shock when one day the sky falls on us and no matter how smart we are....no matter how intellectually we approach our problem....we discover we can't do anything human about it....our brains have failed us...our bodies have failed us....society has failed us. What a shock! Now what are we going to do? The human us is terrified when technology and "know how" fails us. 

So at that point we have to decide what we're going to do....hopefully having gotten control of some of our fear, as fear is a great destroyer. And then we have two choices....we can give up and die, come back another time and try again....or we can "look up" and live here a while longer, work on the problem a little longer....

We can admit we're in trouble....trouble we haven't been able to solve by human means. At this point it means putting pride aside and admitting we are to blame for our problems...it means submitting ourselves to Heavenly Scrutiny....that's hard to do. And finally, if we are going to get a handle on our problem, we have to ask for answers....and Heavenly Answers, that will come in simple ordinary ways, if granted, will begin to change our lives. 

That Real-Us, that part of us that never dies, is one of those beautiful 'Sparks of God'....we are all Offspring of one Great Being....all related....ancient friends and families. I can't guarantee the Process by which this all started but, among other Intuitional Ideas, I once had the Idea of how, sometime in antiquity, we volunteered or were asked to come to Earth, to take up residence in the human body.

 Our Mission was that we were to be the 'Head, Hands and Heart of Greater Godness', working to fulfill some Master Plan of Creation here. And we would be working out of a dense, material and sometimes difficult human body.

 It goes without saying that we Souls had and still have our work cut out for us here, as we attempt to do what we came to do, while supervising the activities of our human vehicles to get it done .....and particularly, now that the human being has an educated mind of its own. We live in a time when the human has been allowed to become arrogantly powerful. And the Soul has given up much control. But ultimately each Soul must awaken, and again assume responsibility for whatever the human has done or not done.

 BUT remember this....the 'Mind of God', which our Souls are....if the human us will allow it, can take charge of the human/Soul Journey and be the 'Conscious Directing Intelligence' in all present and future experiences. And with that, we start living from the integrated human/Soul perspective.

And that perspective will lead us to more Spiritual interests. There's a world of Spiritual Wisdom to be experienced. I love to go to bookstores and see what direction Spirituality is taking at any given time.

I'm going to digress here for a moment and answer a listener's question. She called me and asked if I would define SPIRITUALITY. "You keep using that word", she said, What exactly do you mean by it?

" I told her I didn't know what it meant to others, but that Spirituality expressed Itself for me in the Beliefs and Interests we have in a Supreme Being....that Spirituality expressed Itself through the Soul us....that the degree of our Spirituality could be measured by how open our human minds are to Heavenly Influences and how evolved our Understanding of 'God and Universal Godness' is...and how much of 'God' we are able to personally perceive.'

 I'm sure there is much more one could say on the subject....but as I use that term, the above definition may help in getting my meaning. 

Now, back to the book store. One can find books describing every experience, every lesson, every  opinion, and every level of emerging Spiritual interest from very basic to very Mystical Concepts of Christed Consciousness. And there is a well defined Path to lead us from our most simple, basic Inner Sense of God right up to the Teaching of the Great Teachers who have come, each in God's own good time, to lead us to fully awakened Christed Beingness.

There is a tremendous amount of Information available within varying organizations and in written material from hundreds of years. In this series of talks I do focus mostly on the 'Teaching of Jesus' primarily because I and many other people identify with what He taught....we hear bits and pieces of It constantly in our modern lives.... and because It is some of the most current and Powerful, Spiritual Instruction we have that addresses our more basic Spiritual needs.

So today many are on that Christ Pathway...gradually learning to do what He taught us to do. I'm convinced that if we follow His Teaching, we can achieve the Christhood He demonstrated. 

And that brings us back to KNOWING WHO WE REALLY ARE....

Putting on our Christhood is work for the Soul

....not for the human....although we are working within a Plan that indicates that we are to do it through the human journey.... and if so, the human has to mind it's Ps and Qs, as some old saying goes, if we're going to get it done....at any rate, to help us, we have 'Jesus' coming and living a good, decent, Enlightened human life....living as a fully Christed Soul....continuing to be with us in that Consciousness.

 He hasn't left us. It's obvious He still has a lot of work to do here. It is comforting that He is visible to some. If He wants to communicate with us He opens our Soul eyes so that we may see His Christ Energy.

Many people in the Christian community are waiting for Him to come again in a physical form. But He no longer works out of a human body and my sense is that

 if we are to see Him, we will have to raise our human consciousness and Soul vibration to be agreeable with His and we'll see Him in His fully Perfected Ascended Body.   

As we work to see the Spiritual Side of Life, we may have a lot of work to do to Purify the Energy of our four Earth bodies and any other Energy we are responsible for. The process is to get our Energy purified to the point where the Soul can gradually begin to draw the Christ Energy here and mix the two Energies, human and Christ....until gradually the Christ Energy predominates. This is what has happened in the case of Saints, whose bodies never disintegrate.

 Furthermore, when the human us dies....if we have accumulated enough Christ Energy around us, that High Frequency Energy floats above the dense, human energy, and draws the Soul-us into what we call the ascension.  

That is the example Jesus left us and it was publicly performed....otherwise no one would have known what was happening. In fact, His Mission was to bring the knowledge of the Ascending Process to the Earth.

 I think His Job was to teach us about our Christed Selves. But He also left the permanent record of how it is that we ascend from one state of being into another.....in this case, how we transcend the visible material and enter into the invisible Spiritual Life. 

It should be noted that whatever we decide to do, it  is always our choice....

and where we go from here, is determined by our choices.

When we eventually transcend this plane it will only be because we made definite, determined conscious effort.

 And judging by the rhetoric of most modern churches, 'ascending' is the last thing preachers have on their minds as they preach the "sinful human" point of view. And the congregation seems to prefer it that way, to.

  "Oh, I could never be like Jesus"....how many times I've heard that. Do people think Jesus lied to us when He said that what He was doing , we could and would eventually all do. What do we think that means?

At any rate and in spite of us, for two thousand years, His Christed Energy has been 'leavening the loaf....and today we come to another round of Spiritual Growth....all leading ultimately, to the Christed Level.      

WE HAVE TO BECOME AWARE THAT THE HUMAN MIND HAS TO BE TRAINED TO THINK AND TO LIVE CONSTRUCTIVELY.

AND THAT ALL INFORMATION NEEDED BY THE HUMAN-US FLOWS DIRECTLY FROM GOD THROUGH THE CHANNEL OF THE SOUL MIND ! THROUGH THAT SPARK ANCHORED IN OUR HEARTS.  

THUS, IF WE ARE TO PROGRESS, BODY AND SOUL, OUR SOULS HAVE TO BE ALLOWED TO ADD THEIR KNOWLEDGE TO OUR LIVES.  

OUR SOULS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE HUMAN VEHICLE TO THINK AND LIVE CONSTRUCTIVELY. 

WE HAVE TO HAVE  THAT INSTRUCTION AND PROTECTION IF WE ARE, BODY AND SOUL TO WITHSTAND THE ONSLAUGHT OF ALL THE MIS-INFORMATION, LIES AND DIS-INGENUOUSNESS OF THE NON-GOD FORCES OF THIS PLANET.

OTHERWISE WE ARE INNOCENT HUMAN CHILDREN BEING SENT INTO A STRANGE AND CRUEL WORLD.    

So much about Life is never explained in a practical way by the experts who direct our Spiritual development. So much ranting and raving, giving us nothing we can use to understand who we are in the ETERNAL SCHEME, telling us nothing that makes sense in the HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

 It is only in sensing WHO WE ARE IN THAT ETERNAL SCHEME OF GOD that we have the tool that allows us to begin to access our personal God-consciousness....which is the only way we can begin to understand SPIRITUAL Concepts.

We haven't known it, but in all our human thrashing about, what we've been searching for is a workable understanding of our True Natures....without that understanding, nothing makes sense! This knowledge...this understanding is a key that unlocks the door to our Reality....and Life has no real meaning without understanding how we relate to God.

 THE SUCCESSFUL HUMAN JOURNEY HAS ALWAYS REQUIRED THAT WE STAY CONNECTED TO GOD.

OUR SOULNESS  IS THE GOD-CONNECTION BETWEEN THE VISIBLE HUMAN WORLD AND THE INVISIBLE  HIGHER SPIRITUAL WORLDS. 

OUR SOULNESS IS  GOD ENERGY, STEPPED DOWN IN VIBRATION SO THAT IT CAN ENTER THE EARTH PLANE.

THE HUMAN MUST BE TRAINED TO RECOGNIZE ITS SOUL CONNECTION.

THAT TRAINING RARELY OCCURS ON EARTH ANYMORE.

THUS, THE HUMAN/SOUL DISCONNECT BEING EXPERIENCED TODAY.        

SPIRITUAL GROWTH DOESN'T JUST HAPPEN. IT IS TAUGHT AND LEARNED AND STRUGGLED AND WORKED FOR.

THUS THE NEED FOR WISDOM....GAINED THROUGH OUR EXPERIENCING AS WE TRY TO FIND OUR SPIRITUAL CONNECTION.

But one day we connect. And it can happen almost magically the day we suddenly "see the Light" as the saying goes....we begin to internalize all that Wisdom....suddenly surrendering to a new realization. And from then on living is so much easier....makes so much more sense. As mentioned earlier, I never really understood the Christian concept of "born again" until one day I  experienced a remarkable sense of Soul Understanding....at which point I just let go of all old concepts, all doubts, and began to BELIEVE what I had been intuitively shown over the many years of searching.

The experience can only be described as the complete surrender of the human intellect and will to the Soul Desire to communicate the Truth about Itself. It was about the sweetest feeling and most comforting sense about Life and God that I had yet experienced. 

There are those who think they have to be some particular way, believe some particular way, for 'God' to answer their questions....they think they have to be perfect enough to come to 'God or for 'God' to come to them. If they knew WHO THEY REALLY ARE, those ideas wouldn't make any sense to them....or have any power over them. 

If I have one Life Purpose more Sacred than any other, it is to describe and encourage others to communicate with the 'Godness' that exists within and all around them and to do it often and in very personal, simple and conversational ways.

 I would say, "Stop trying to define 'God' and become 'God'. Let go of all old beliefs that are not serving and let New Concepts flow in. What harm could it possibly do to begin to flow in new Spiritual Waters.

There are Ways in which Life is forever expanding Itself...

ways we can only imagine....

we can flow in those Waters if we choose to.

We are born into this world having everything we need to progress in a self-conscious, meaningful way. WE ALREADY ARE THE GODNESS  NEEDED TO DO THE JOB....WE HAVE EVERYTHING BUT EXPERIENCE....WE COME FOR THAT EXPERIENCE AND PART OF THAT EXPERIENCE IS educating ourselves, both humanly and Spiritually, in order to gain a grander Vision of Life. 

PART OF THE WISDOM WE DEVELOP IS A SENSE of the role Spirituality plays in the Life of the Planet. We come to understand that this planet has a Life of its own and that all Life forms are developing here with a Purpose. 

OUR EXPERIENCING AND GETTING OF WISDOM CAN ONLY BE ACQUIRED THROUGH HUMAN AND SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE....AND IT ALL BEGINS WITH OUR DESIRE TO GROW, BODY AND SOUL....FOLLOWED BY A WILLINGNESS TO ASK FOR KNOWLEDGE....

THE KIND OF KNOWLEDGE THAT WILL GROW INTO SPIRITUAL WISDOM THAT IS FINALLY PROVEN

BY OUR BECOMING THAT KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM 

 THROUGH ALL OUR EXPERIENCING.... 

THUS COMPLETING THE COSMIC CIRCLE.

WE WILL THEN HAVE COME BACK TO OUR BEGINNING,

 TO OUR SOURCE

 HAVING ASCENDED A SPIRAL HIGHER.
